w7r2!! on the flat again

I waited till I arrived back home and could run on the flat again and thank goodness!! SO so much better - especially when at 7:30am its still awfully hot.

This run was better than r1; but I found I was feeling tired from about minute 15 onwards. I managed it though! And hopefully when it starts to cool everything will be easier? I'm praying!!

I also realise this is my longest run from C25K yet - i knew even without looking at my phone because of the routes I take and being further along :) I'm looking forward to finishing w7 and then moving up to w8!!

Similarly, today was my longest (distance) 25 minute run. I also felt tired and at the end was a sweaty tomato again. 🥵 🍅

Well done!! I start Week 8 tomorrow. Excited and nervous - have I really got 3 more minutes in my legs?!

thank you!!

ahhh good luck with w8 :) I'm sure you'll be fine - just pretend its 25 minutes until near the end and then you'll nearly be there anyway!

I'm on W8, and I still feel tired during every run, but Sarah Millican tells me the increases are there to keep the pressure on and gradually improve stamina. Hopefully when we get to the end and have been doing our 30 minute runs for a few weeks we'll notice it getting a bit easier.

Something must be working though, if I think back to the state I was in at week one, I couldn't have done what I'm doing now!

Keep up the good work, it's worth it!

thank you!!

Yes I too am definitely knackered after running!! I hope so too - I mean if we look at how much we've improved since w1/2 (the 60 seconds nearly killed me I swear) I'm hoping more progress will come in finding the longer runs easier, too.

Good luck for w8 though! you're now so close!!
