Now I didn't count on snow this morning! I'm so determined to get through Wk9 and graduate that I'm still going to go out this morning - I'm just hoping that it's not to slippy underfoot - wish me luck! π―

Go steady... make sure it is snow and no ice under the surface.. that can result in a quick ice skating lesson
Just wet, wet, wet here.. I am quite glad I am on the IC and being forced to do exercises indoors..
Hope the run goes well !
Running in snow does sound lovely but as others have said beware any ice or slippery patches. Like Oldfloss we just have dreary rain rain rain I'm so glad I went out for a run yesterday. I nearly didn't as Gary the Gremlin paid me a visit first thing and nearly talked me out of it!!

I did it! A lot slower than normal as it was still snowing and really slippy underfoot but I still mAnaged to keep going for the full 30 minutes. I can't believe I live in West Yorkshire and since starting C25k I haven't had to contend with puddles and soggy feet - not nice - Infact I think it's worse than the feeling of heavy legs!! But onwards and upwards - I can almost touch my shiny graduation badge ..... Only 2 more runs to go ππππ
