So the snow is melting.. yay! I am planning on going out tomorrow morning for the first time since last Monday, question is do I redo week 5 day 1, or just hope for the best and do week 5 day 2... it seems a big jump anyway from 5 to 8 mins of running and after a week off itβs not going to be pretty π©

I havenβt run since Monday gone and am thinking of doing a run tomorrow whether that be on the track or the treadmill. Just hoping I will be able to run for 25 minutes.
