Knew I had it in me - just didn't know it was gonna be today ...
Just in from my run - kept to that new route around the recreation ground - and felt great. Kept pushing on and before I knew it 3.4 miles had passed. Wasn't until I got home and checked the distance that I realised that equates to (drum roll please) 5.47177 km. It's official I've just run 5k woop woop
