Hi everyone, hope you're having a great parkrun day! Here's a pic of me after parkrun today, someone commented on my make up, strange really as I wasn't wearing any..............πŸ’€πŸ‘»πŸ˜‚

Anyway, happy ,happy got a PB of 34 minutes, really should take up this running 'au naturel ' more often..........πŸ˜„ , now back to sort the toad soup, lizard bake and entrail smoothies......πŸ’€

Happy Halloween πŸŽƒ

Happy running all!

Thanks Jacs, well I don't have to be convinced about parkrun, I just love it so much - best invention ever (and that's without the fancy dress πŸ˜„)

Thanks Floss, there were a couple of zombie sorts which I steered away from......πŸ‘» Can't be too careful...... πŸ˜‰, I think they eat slugs, not my sort at all.....

Yuksters...xxxx

Great running tights! Sadly our parkrun was not a dress up affair today as it would have been more fun. Well done for getting a new pb! We all love to see progress and a new pb adds an extra skip in your step.

Thanks Hdoyle, that's a shame, but sometimes the core volunteer teams get so busy don't they, so it's good just to have parkrun.....

I'm moving on very slowly, but I'm really happy with that.

Fantastic outfit and fantastic PB! Well done you.

We had a few outfits at ours this morning, I did it with quite a cute spider on my head!! πŸ˜†

Thanks Ali, I tried really hard to do justice to the the_tea_fairy 's 'spooky sprint' face make up last year, I failed, but it was fun!

Cor, how can you run on bendy legs like those? Brilliant time, really well done Madge, I want those leggings too!

Thanks Curly, ha ha, goodness knows what I must have looked like hairing down to the finish! I did try a bit of a sprint- always feels like I'm running like an octopus, arms and legs going everywhere! πŸ˜„ And with that get up must've been a bit of a sight πŸ˜‚

These came from H&M....so they're not 'sports' ones

Hope you're continuing on the mend πŸ€—
