That was blooming hard, very slow. Maybe I should have left it another day as I was tired when I set off. But I did it, have to admit though it was more of a shuffle for the last 10mins. Should I put it down as one of those practice runs.

Slow is fine, really.... just concentrate on finishing the run.
If you were tired and you feel you want to do it again.. you should, for your own peace of mind, but if you went for the 30 minutes.. well done !

You ran it, and you kept going for 30 mins, so that counts. W9R2 beckons next! I did that one yesterday, and, like your W9R1, I found it slow going, but it still counts! Graduation is so close for us both!
Put it down as a run. There's no Spanish inquisition or Stewards inquiries for style here. I would describe my running more like a push and glide. Really confuses the dogs walking round my lake. They are not sure if it's worth chasing a "glider" and at a speed sometimes not much faster than a dog can walk.
No - not if you finished. It's all about consolidation now anyway. Just keeep going - you're doing great!
