A little bit of magic.

Running (or waddling as it should be more properly known in my case) is magic. I was grumpy, downhearted and tired; somewhat reluctantly I went out for my R2W5 along the seafront. The moon was perfect and the sea looked beautiful. I came back happy, more light-hearted than I have been for days, with the energy to do something with my evening other than slump! Result!

I too had a run along the sea front yesterday evening. As you say the moon was shining, the sea glittering, no wind. Makes life worth living. But when does running, or as you say waddling, get easier or doesn't it.

Well done - sometimes it is the runs we force ourselves to make that turn out the best. It was a beautiful moon last night, wasn't it.
