So it's been a tricky week so far. My Mum is poorly so I have spent a lot of hours with her in the hospital since Monday afternoon. However, today I don't need to be there until later in the morning, so inspired by a post on here I decided to go and do my Wk 9 Run 2 early this morning. It was daylight (just) and very chilly, but I had wondered whether I would actually get out again this week. I did Run 1 on Monday morning, (but later as I usually do), and it was a perfect run. Really enjoyable.
So anyway, off I went. Definitely Autumn - so chilly, but very pretty colours along the way. I ran for just over 30 minutes but didn't go as far as I did on Monday morning which was a little disappointing but given the week probably expected.
So thank you Irish-John for your very inspired post this morning. The eclairs will be on the graduation table on Sunday all being well :-).

You know.. I thought I felt a tad tired It was my rest day today, although I have walked three miles with Little Mum to be (my daughter) in the hope of encouraging the small overdue one to appear... and when I got in.. the old legs were a bit achy...now I know why! :
