I can't believe I have been running for a year now. I started just after my 64th birthday to give my heart some exercise and here I am still going 3 times a week. I have even persuaded a friend of similar age to start and she seems to be enjoying it too. I have recently improved my 5k pb to 34mins 25 secs. My Mum still lives on her own at 101, so watch this space!
