Ooohhhh! Look at this! New route found today....my feet are itching to get out there.....πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ ....

Just noticed a bridleway/byway sign on a longer run last week and just on a whim decided to go investigate, so glad I did, this is part of a byway/bridleway/footpath combo that goes across to two or three villages (depending which combo you take) near me. It will get a bit sloshy in places in the winter, but ooohh bliss!

I like to find new routes to run, especially as I am venturing a bit further, much prefer to be away from traffic etc., and routes that I don't have to repeat/double back on too often. I'm a lucky girl I know, to have such places nearby.

Happy running all!

Mx

Oh Floss, at our parkrun last winter, a day that I was marshalling, there were the most fantastic puddles, oh how I wanted to go splashing through them!

There was a little girl who got most upset when her dad tried to get her to run through one, she just didn't want to - what a strange child.......πŸ˜„

Mud = running medals ! (The splashes on your legs and shoes)

Very nice! I love exploring new routes aswell. Made my husband go down a side street at the weekend, just to see where we'd end up. Not a potential running route, but who knows until you go there?

Looks just like the farm track at Killerton parkrun.

That looks a very promising path! I love it when the trees arch across the track.

Oh not arf! 😁 I just wanted to keep going, had to check how far I'd walked (as it all counts) so as not to go too far, as the car was at one point and had to go back to it! πŸ˜„
