I posted last week about struggling with 25 minutes having completed it a couple of times successfully. Took the advice given on the forum. Took couple of days off, got podcast working again and reverted to it, and slowed down. Success.! Completed 25mins without too much of a struggle, and without falling over again! So thanks all!

Well done for persevering. That slow down mantra is a life saver, had to resort to it tonight. Going from 28 to 30 minutes is hard You're not too far behind, keep going
