After last week's doubts, a good result

I posted last week about struggling with 25 minutes having completed it a couple of times successfully. Took the advice given on the forum. Took couple of days off, got podcast working again and reverted to it, and slowed down. Success.! Completed 25mins without too much of a struggle, and without falling over again! So thanks all!

Determined not to give up. Not prepared to start from scratch again, and it is having the desired effect of reducing my blood pressure!

Well done for persevering. That slow down mantra is a life saver, had to resort to it tonight. Going from 28 to 30 minutes is hard :-( You're not too far behind, keep going :-)

Thanks, I have repeated some weeks, and I think I will be repeating this one.

Repeating is fine, getting to the end is the goal :-) Must say that repeating W6 by doing each run twice after my stint on the IC really helped me. Good luck with rest of the programme. Keep us posted :-)

Well done and keep going! These last week's are all about beating the gremlins in your head. Physically, you are ready - now you just have to believe it!
