Almost there! But don't make the mistake I did and subconsciously speed up on the last few runs Slow..and then slow will definitely get you there, injury free!

Thanks everyone. I did make it all the way to the end (ignoring the undone shoelaces most of the way round) and ran just over 4k. I'm taking it nice and slow Irish-John that's the only speed I can do
