That was hard work at times but I did it 😁.

I really need to find somewhere different to run, as I'm finding housing estates a bit boring!! Although I did nearly run into a fit builder today so I suppose that was a distraction (I know not politically correct).

Anyway, hope run 2 goes a bit easier

Good run and good idea! I use local parks, canal towpath, cycle paths( (usually have a walk section too, riverside path etc as well as different routes across the surrounding estates. I know so many more local short cuts now!

Always choose some way you feel safe though which may be guided by what time each run is.🏃🏻

Ha ha. Running does sometimes have unexpected benefits! Yeah housing estates can be deadly dull. Mix up your routes and keep your running fresh. I am always on the look out for new routes. Even running the same route in the other direction gives you a new perspective
