Well done πŸ™‚ I know what you mean. Just started this plan last sat and sound like a broken down freight train πŸ™‚ When trying to run. But in a weird way enjoying it and looking forward to my 3rd run tomorrow.

I was out of breath when I ran three minutes before, in week 2 or 3, but I ran 30 minutes today and wasn't breathing as hard as I was 6 weeks ago which shows how effective this course is for gently getting you fit. Well done for making a start, this is a lovely supportive forum with lots of helpful advice and info.
