I was out of breath when I ran three minutes before, in week 2 or 3, but I ran 30 minutes today and wasn't breathing as hard as I was 6 weeks ago which shows how effective this course is for gently getting you fit. Well done for making a start, this is a lovely supportive forum with lots of helpful advice and info.
Well done for starting something so positive- you've done the hardest bit, I promise!
