Well I finally got there - it has taken me a lot longer than 9 weeks but I don't care! For my last two runs I went back to Laura and it really made a difference. I have had problems getting 3 runs in each week, but this last week fitted them in and it made such a difference [which is what it's all about isn't it? doh!]
Anyway, I plan to stick with Laura and Wk 9 for a little while longer and try and build up my speed before I move to stepping stones. I covered 4.15 km in 30 mins and am aiming to get up to 5km in 30 mins before I move up. Can't believe that I can run for 30 mins and that it's 'comfortable' if that makes sense [even though I always end up looking like a beetroot at the end].
Support on here is amazing - looking forward to building on what I've achieved and good luck to everyone else - you really can do it!
Now..... where's my badge? ;0)
