I did my third run of Week 9 yesterday and I am so proud of myself! As a 45 year old with bad knees and perimenopause I was very nervous this time around, but I'm so pleased!
I think I've now built the mindset that I don't need walk breaks, changing gait is in fact more hassle, and I'm going to keep doing 30 mins until I speed up a bit
