Still very slow paced, but now managing 25 mins - reintroduced Zumba classes today. Tried in week 2 or 3 and it was just too hard. Feeling really chuffed as I coped well with an hour long class. Running has really helped strengthen my back, legs and improves my stamina. Wish I'd tried this years ago!
