Cant quite believe we did it. It was the best run we have done so far - dont know if it was the excitement or relief but I honestly felt like we were gliding in parts. Everything just came together and I think the cooler evening really helped. We are going to aim for 5k on Monday night just to see how long it takes us as our race is in 2 weeks on Sunday. Totally buzzing! Thanks to everyone who kept us going on this journey and good luck to those still on it x

O fantastic well done!!! What a great result doubt il get that fast that soon but working on it each run !! Early night as think it will be a morning run tomorrow instead of my night time which I am better at but away for the weekend!! Lol, you are very dedicated! I run with someone half my age which keeps me on my toes. I dont actually like running that fast, but it is certainly improving my fitness. Have a lovely weekend 👜🏃‍♀️
