Wow woohoo I did it! I am sweating, look like an over ripe tomato but have the biggest smile. I loved the run, I didn't make 5k but I am happy with the result 30 min running 4.313k (I don't include my warm up/down). That gives me another goal to strive for.
I want to say the biggest thank you to administrators, special hugs to you Oldfloss, mentors, Iannoda, following your constant reminders about hydration now has me drinking 2.25L water everyday and special thanks to this community. If we could bottle the ethos of this community and tip it over the world what a place to live it would be.
I hope I can give back to others what I have received from this community.
I'll be with Ripcurl on the sidelines cheering on the W9 crew, we're rooting for you Jay and all the other special people, way too many to name.
I am so excited about my future now that running is a part of my life.
Anyway I think I have rambled enough, sounds like an Oscar speech.
Thanks everyone, biggest hugs and happy running to all.

Brilliant, a big congratulations to you.
You've worked hard to reach this far, so enjoy this moment.
Oh thank you Jay. Yes I'm not going far from hear, can't cut the umbilical yet I has been so great having you as a running buddy. We still got to have a run together in the future.
Oh hego where have you been? I've been watching out for you. How's the running? Thank you for your kind words. Yes I am buzzing, like a bloody bee at the moment
I got a dental abscess and needed x2 antibiotics and then took bad reaction to one of them. Running was the last thing on my mind for about 10 or so days but back at it (which was REALLY hard after such a break- thought week 7 was gonna kill meπ) and did week 8 run 1 tonight so havenβt given up. Will get there eventually π
Well done you on graduating- it keeps me motivated knowing it is possible x
Oh wow you poor thing, tooth problems the worst! I wouldn't be thinking of running either. Glad you're back and now on the home straight, will be watching out for you

Well done Lorijay! How does the podium feel? I think that I can hear the cheers from here! Wear your badge with pride and keep that big smile as long as possible! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπππ I look forward to hearing about your post grad runs.
Thank you Dexy. Feels great right now. Looking forward to next chapter
Love this! Congratulations on completing the course. I have no doubt that you'll continue to run and support the rest of us following in your footsteps. What a lovely message, hopefully the mentors will see just how much we all appreciate them. All the very best with your next target, whatever it is I have no doubt you'll achieve it. Best, Sharron
Been a bit tired the last couple of days so not gone since Tuesday. But Iβm off out tomorrow morning - just going to run until Iβve done 5k ( been just slightly under ) - not push myself for time just enjoy the run.... maybe sneak a few slopes ( not hills yet) in.
Then running with my daughter again Sunday and Tuesday morning- trying a new route- from A to B rather than run for 15 mins then turn round and run back.
Just crack out a few more 5ks in the next few weeks and then maybe look at the Speed & Stamina podcasts......
Yes I want to just run and enjoy for a while too. My first post grad goal is to hit 5k then will look at some of the other podcasts. Enjoy your run tomorrow
