Thanks for the encouraging messages!! I was feeling guilty about walking, but I'll take a few days off and then get going again. I am enjoying the C25K+, but it's a real challenge to get moving faster!!

We are all human - good days, not so good days, Days when we feel like we can run for ever and days when you just stop mid-run and say 'the hell with this for a game of soldiers" Main thing is to get out that forbidding front door - after that, it's run, walk or quit altogether. The first two will ensure the last does not occur
Enjoy your walking and when you are ready enjoy your running
