Well I did w5 run 2 today and managed it! Thanks for all your encouraging comments, I’m excited for run 3! Downloaded a podcast and found myself listening to that rather than thinking about how long I had left on each run so much better. Feeling really positive now 😊😊

Go for it! All the runs to date have been prep for this run. If you’ve done the prep you’re good to go. You will surprise yourself. Good luck tomorrow!

I started week 5 on Friday and started listening to podcasts as well (dad wrote a porno). I feared I was going to ruin all my favourite cheesy songs if I run to them! I was listening to Don’t Stop the Music by Rihanna, I really thought that song never ends when I was running to it!! 😂 Good luck with your runs.

Dad wrote a porno is hilarious! I recommended it to s friend who is also doing this!
