Wasn't meaning to post today but started my new regime this morning and managed a cheeky 2.7k run - it was beautiful out there - love autumn 🍁🍂🍃
Found this little fella on the path basking in the sun - he was a beauty and fortunately the dog didn't seem very interested in him 😮
I presume that is a grass snake taking it all in his stride as you went past
I wa staying to run as I took a photo but I think it was an adder - we get both on the common

I thought it was too but it's not a great shot and I was trying to keep running as I took it - plus I didn't have my glasses on 😂
