I managed to get out first thing this morning for my run. It was still quite warm but I completed W6R3. Without too many issues. I did a good warm up and out I went. I’m back on my first ever route which I used about 5 years ago when I started running and today I didn’t see another person and only 1 car went past me so it was really peaceful.

Just super.... I had a lovely run like that on Friday! re running a route like that too, you must have really enjoyed... it shows just how far you have travelled too
