Well that's week 1 complete all be it I had five goes at it, I thought with all the km's I put in cycling whilst my ligament healed would have made it easier, but no first 2 runs I was out of breath after 4 run sections. Cycling must be a completely different aerobic excise to running.

Starting week 2 tomorrow so we'll see how it goes.

Hi Porcia

I cycle (or ued to) cycle reguarly, and whilst cycling is good aerobic exercise; you use your leg muscles quite differently. Also on your bike, your legs are not carryign yout weight, the bike is!!

But well done on completing week one. :-)

Different , but still useful...! I cycle too, and it helps... you did Week one and you are on the way!Just keep it, as ever, slow and steady... pace yourself and don't rush it.
