Oh yes and i've amended my details on the Parkrun website and put 'NHS Couch to 5k' as my running club. (didn't know you could do that until i read it on here lol).

Yes, every NHS C25k graduate should do that, for solidarity and gratitude. It means you can check how other C25kers are doing by going to the club page.

I found it too eventually. Silly me, I thought it would be under 'C' (for couch), never under 'N' (for NHS). It's just as well I came here.
