Done wk5 run 1 today, managed ok but have to say the 60 second count down seems so much longer. Week 5 run 3 seems a massive increase compared to runs 1&2!

Laura would never lie! Week 5 run 3 is a breakthrough run though, well done. Just continue with a nice steady pace through week 6. After week 5, I thought I was invincible but still found week 6 a challenge!
It really isn't as bad as it sounds. Trust Laura. She won't ask you to do anything that is completely beyond you although it may be challenging but then that is what C25K is all about. The buzz you get from completing W5R3 is amazing Stick with the programme & remember the mantra - slow then slower still - will get you there. Enjoy the rest of W5 Happy running.
I thought the same & really had to keep saying to myself I can do this 20mins & with all the sound advise take it slowly, believe in yourself & trust Laura😊 & guess what I did it & so will you😊keep going you are doing well😊
