I like Laura but her music taste is awful and have never managed to get the Ap to work. I found the running into shape podcast same plan less telling you how long you have left on run. Tag line go from fat to fit to fierce. Just did week 5 run 1 it's the 3rd time I've got to week 5 lets hope I graduate this time.

lol. I couldn't handle her music either. If you google C25k playlists you will find loads to suit any taste though. This is the one I used:
There was rather a lot of Nu-Metal in the Rock playlists for me - I would rather pour molten lead in my ears than listen to Nu-Metal, but the Beastie Boys and Aerosmith ones got me through the programme.

The zen labs app tells you how long you have left and you can use your own music to that too.
We'll done for keeping trying! 😊

Have you noticed your tags on this post?
Taste Running Fat.
It sound like some sort of slogan for a bootcamp!
Thankfully I never had any issues with the app as I've tried Laura's podcast music and can't stand it either.
In fact I do struggle a bit with what might be classed as "standard" running music (DJ Mixes etc) - I'm still trying to find the right music for me, I normally listen to my audio book or if it's a shorter run then I download the afternoon drama on the BBC I-player.
Good luck!

I dumped Laura for the same reason. And the fact that she never invited me back for a cuppa and a hobnob after each run.

I found the music okay ish first time round but after my foot and hip injuries I couldn't face it again. So I've started an Asics Plan that was based on the data I inputted. I'm only on week one, but so far so good and no walking breaks which I found a pain too!
