Welcome! I love that perspective: bit short for my weight. I should probably be 10 feet tall to be weight appropriate.

Great goal. I started this program because I committed to a race with some colleagues. Two years on and I'm still at it - the program works.
Well done. I'm sure you can do it. I thought at first "What run for 5 minutes, I can't run for a bus" . Now running nearly 6K and great feeling of health and wellbeing and great sense of achievement.
