Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all who post on this community and all the people who reply. I've just finished the C5K programme and I'm not sure I would have done so without the support of this forum. I met my personal challenge this morning by running for 5k for the first time in my life in 31mins40 and I nearly welled up when my daughter messaged to say she was proud of me. Anyway thanks for the support and keep up the good work x
