Back home in Cape Town I was able to join in on the Wednesday warm-ups which is a build up towards one of the bigger races happening next month - The GunRun

Beautiful evening to run and my Garmin tells me I set a new fastest km 6m40 within my 25 min of running - Yay fitness is improving!

Now for run 3 today! I have convinced my sister to join me :) Lets hope it does't rain!

P.S Who can guess the mountain on the left :)

What a beautiful place to run! Congrats on your PB. Is it Table Mountain? I've been to Joburg and through to Lesotho but not made it to Cape Town yet. One day!

You are close! It is Lions Head (next to Table mountain)

I have never been to Joburg or Lesotho and I live in SA, but from what I hear Cape Town is the place to be :)

That looks fantastic. What a pleasure to run in such nice surroundings. Well on your way to graduation now.

Great to be an inspiration for your sis!
