After feeling very deflated yesterday, I attempted week 6 run 1 again today (inspired by the Great North Run!). I was determined it wasn't going to beat me and..... I did it!! Yesss!!!! Thank you so much for all your support and words of encouragement. It definitely helped knowing I wasn't alone! Bring on run 2!! ๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐

Well done on getting this far in the programme! Just read your last post, well done for getting back out there and completing it! A lot of people struggle with that run so don't worry. Going back to intervals after the euphoria of W5R3 was hard. I was pleased to leave the intervals behind in week 7. One more interval run and you can say goodbye to the intervals and focus on getting into a rhythm on your longer runs. Keep at it, you're doing great!
