I was so depressed by my last bad run that I didn't go running for THREE days. But it's a slippery slope I don't want to slide down. So I reluctantly put on my shoes this morning and headed out. One ten minute run and three seven minute runs, plus sprinkled in 3x10 squats, 6 mins of stretching, and one 5 min fast walk. And ten mins warm up/cool down. And everything was good. And I was fine. Saw many large, fine deer 🦌 and ran through a terrible cloud of skunk. Dogs slavered and snarled and howled on their chains as usual. Feel much better now. I'm infinitely slower in the thin air though, as if I weren't slow enough before!
