So this morning I threw on clothes and shoes and went out before I had a chance to change my mind. It was quite cold but sunny and I went to my usual park where there was only one dog and three people at 8am on a Sunday.
I've been using RunDouble which keeps track of my pace. Today's run was the same pace as W9R2, 8:11 minutes per kilometre. Which means I can't yet run 5k.
So I guess that's my next goal! I've registered for parkrun and I hope to do my first one in the next few weeks.
But for now I celebrate. And it's my birthday tomorrow! It's been great reading everyone's stories here, it's really helped even though I haven't been inspired to post much. Thanks, everyone

Well done on completing the challenge. What is Doublerun?
I also did my w9r3 this morning and I think I am running about 4.5k in 30 minutes so my next goal is to run 5k the same as you. The next challenge is to keep going as the weather gets worse too.
RunDouble is a phone app - I was looking for something simple that had a couch to 5k plan. Not sure why I didn't just use the NHS podcasts but RunDouble has been fine and easy to use.
Lovely post and lovely pace too! And now you have graduated - wow! That 5k will be in your pocket before you know it. Huge !CONGRATULATIONS! 🌟🌟🎈🍰🍷🍸🎓🍸🍷🍰🎈🌟🌟
There's a pinned post on the right hand side called Graduation badge September, let Poppypug, RFC or Ju-ju know you've completed C25k and they'll sort your badge.
Well done! I graduated today too and my time is nowhere near yours! I almost need to double my pace to make 5k in 30 mins. It will come eventually, but I'm in no rush ( literally 😂) x
