Just finished my 3rd run of week one. Feeling fab and looking forward to wk2 starting Sunday. So far so good

Yes it gets harder but you get stronger too , so in the end I think it evens put. The challenge feels pretty much the same every week. It is a bit more than you want to do and can do easily but somehow younmanage, then boom next week is tougher but you're that bit stronger too. Love the way this programme works.

Hi! I have just completed week 1 too! Good to hear from fellow newbies! Week 2 starts tomorrow and I can't wait! Love the structure of this programme. I am determined to get through this, so keep posting to give me the encouragement I need!

Week 1 is one of the hardest because it is all new and it is very, very easy to just throw in the towel. Am running with mybdaughter as she does the programme and we did W2R1 yesterday. It went well. Nice to have a 2 min walking break. Have to say the music is a bit better too. Keep positive and keep at it. By about W3 you notice the endorphine kick and get hooked.
