Hey! So i have just done wk1 r2 and wow that was alot harder than my first run! My calfs are aching alot 😣The rain and wind tried to beat me but i didnt give up :) my next run is with my mum debbie698 on sat! 😀

Congrats on completing your second run, even if the weather was against you! :) I always find the 2nd run of a week harder, not sure why... Enjoy your next run! :)

It was alot harder than the 1st one! But it has not put me off lol!

I did the same run today wk1 R2 and my calf’s really hurt. It was a lot harder than the first run and on be way back I was running in to the wind.

Yes, I can imagine! It's my rest day today and I'm quite happy not to have to run with/against the sudden gusts. Wind and rain are very exhausting, so you did extremely well. Be confident!

Keep hydrated on rest days and run days. Gentle leg stretches after your warm down walk while your muscles are still warm...

Stretch well and make sure you unknot those calf muscles... very well done.
