After the lung busting attempt to give myself another cardiac event on my last outing the plan for this run was simply nice and steady to get to the end.

As I left the front door I was greeted by a howling gale and icy rain lashing at my legs. Terrific!

I successfully managed to get through to the end without too much drama although the last km was tough with the wind blowing against me.

It wasnt easy but it was certainly easier than the last outing 🤣

One more to go 🥳

I did have a bit of a wobble to be honest but being so close I just didn't want to put it off. Last run hopefully Saturday morning.

For some reason my whole body is properly aching now even though I was taking it steady. Maybe it's an accumulation from my mad one Monday?
