Hello, Wk9

Well, it took me two weeks, but I finally finished Wk8. I'm so glad I took the time to do the runs properly, gosh, thanks for your advice and help, you lovely people :)

Changed my route, did road runs rather than cross country, but managed to do a run past the woods today, which was lovely. Doggie wasn't with me, but she is getting good walkies, and I can focus on doing the runs, rather than using her as an excuse to stop and start all the time ;p

Wk9 on Friday...wow...who'd have thought I could do this :D So happy :D :D :D

Nearly done now. The feeling of success is great and a change of route is always good. Before I started week 9 I walked the route I was going to do just to see how long it was and give me a rough guide on how long it would take me.
