Well, it took me two weeks, but I finally finished Wk8. I'm so glad I took the time to do the runs properly, gosh, thanks for your advice and help, you lovely people
Changed my route, did road runs rather than cross country, but managed to do a run past the woods today, which was lovely. Doggie wasn't with me, but she is getting good walkies, and I can focus on doing the runs, rather than using her as an excuse to stop and start all the time ;p
Wk9 on Friday...wow...who'd have thought I could do this So happy
Nearly done now. The feeling of success is great and a change of route is always good. Before I started week 9 I walked the route I was going to do just to see how long it was and give me a rough guide on how long it would take me.
Yay Hidden ! Graduation week's a coming! In the bag it is! (just washing a few more glasses, there's bound to be loads of people wanting a glass and to clap you on the back).
