Day 1 wasn't so bad

23yo 6'5 Male. Had a severe foot/ankle injury leading to operation so almost no exercize for 18 months, combined with too many takeaways went from 14 1/2 stone to just under 17.

after getting the go ahead in June, constantly saying 'i'll get in shape soon' and I never did. Finally got the motivation and did the first run last night, wasn't too bad!
