Connect problems?

Anyone else having problems with Garmin Connect this morning? I've uploaded our latest run (I'm running with my daughter) but it hasn't actually appeared on the leaderboard. Personally I'm not too bothered, but BalletGirl seems to be getting worryingly competitive!! 😄

I use msp my run on my phone, it might be good ss a fallback maybe?

Sometimes it doesn't always sync when you first plug into the pooter, just disconnect and try again and again if nessacary. Or come out of connect and go in again and click on the sync button again, it should come through, mine usually doe's..😊

Cheers Dave. Actually, our run has uploaded and we can see it, it just hasn't appeared on our cumulative total for the week or on the connections activities page. As far as Garmin is concerned, it's showing our run to us, but it hasn't updates our run days or distance. None else seems to have uploaded since yesterday afternoon either, so I wasn't sure if it was just us having a problem or a more general issue. I suspect patience is needed

Yes, probably just a gremlin in the system, I'll see if I have the same problem when I get back from my run later.

One problem I can't change on connect is editing miles to km's, I alter miles to km's and save, but soon goes back to miles,have been trying to edit this for months now without success, and have also contacted Garmin who say they are working on the problem, but no change yet..😕

I think I had a similar miles/km issue early on too. Pretty sure I ended up programming it on the watch itself, not on Connect, but I could be wrong (it wouldn't be the first time!! )

Yes, I have the same thing, i can see my run in my list of activities, but there are no runs visible at all from anyone on the leaderboard.

Grrrr! Come on Connect! This has been going on for too long now. I checked again this morning but the news feed still isn't updating! 😡

Ah I had this the other week, it drove me nuts ! I wasn't on the leaderboard either !

I think its one of those glitches they have now and again that normally sorts itself out , but you could always email Garmin support , they normally get back to you within 48 hours ( That's if your daughter can wait that long )

Thanks folks. Sounds like it's just Garmin gremlins. Annoying but not unheard of. Grrr

I think there might be a software update going on, that always mucks things up for a while.

On the GC Status page it says that they have our data but there is a delay of over 24 hours in processing it and they are working to fix it xxx
