Just to put it out there (I haven't posted here for a while).
My wife's daughter has successfully cajoled my wife into doing C25K. She'd always said that running wasn't her thing, and that she'd never be able to do it.
We've just completed week 1, and I have to say I'm mightily impressed and proud of her. She's managed it with ease (despite saying she found it hard and that she was running out of breath).
Way to go, Jan! Onwards and upwards.

I'm afraid not but I'll be there cheering the runners on. I've had the odd walk / run recently when I've had a good day but the body's really not up to it most of the time. Ho hum...
Another Jan.. good for her for starting the plan, and for you for encouraging and doing it with her. Its great having a running partner to discuss all the highs lows and details of a run with. I think thats why we all chat on here, as we all GET it.
