I did it! I am so over the moon that I ran for 25 minutes non stop. I know it was at snails pace but to think of what I was like when I started, to where I am now is unbelievable. Anyone who is doubting their ability to do this, please believe in yourselves, you will get there. xx

Well done you. Don't worry about the pace, it's the running that counts. I've managed to outpace snails but still have trouble catching up with those pesky speeding tortoises!

Yay well done! Next week is just the same run again and you already KNOW you can do it. Snail, tortoise, slug, cheetah with all it's legs tied together, doesn't matter how fast or slow, it's how long you can go. You just keep going, right to graduation!

Don't worry about your speed, youre doing this and its working so well for you . Slow is good, slow puts lots of stamina in the bank .
