I cannot believe I was out at 5.30am this morning determined to get the final run of week 6 out the way and guess what peeps... I nailed it. The last five mins were tough but having my music and telling myself "you can do it" got me through it. Early morning running is beautiful. Who would of thought 6 weeks ago that we would be running for 25 mins. Never give up and do it at your own pace. Happy Friday everyone xx

Right?! I drag myself into the gym a few mornings a week and *most* days I get mad because I canβt push 3.1 miles ... due to TIME, not lack of stamina!
By the way- treadmill with hills is helping my transition from running indoors to outdoors. Itβs killer but great adrenaline rush
