Felt a little tired this morning but got out and boy was it a warm one. Went out a bit later at 7am but sweated buckets. 3.1m time today was 33.04 - a little quicker. My goal it to get to under 30 minutes by the end of the year. I hope I can achieve it :-)

Have to admit I miss Laura's voice! :-(

Happy running everyone.

Well done rsq, I saw the warm weather coming in so managed to get out yesterday, was still warm though. I don't think you'll have any problem getting under 30 mins..😊
