Only had 30 minutes in total for lunch so off I went, warm up walk and then 2 miles was hoping to try to get a bit further, but what with rain etc I'm pleased......
Need to get out for 30 months Bute's but I think it will be Monday now as 14 hour shift again tomo

Lost mojo everything... so back to basics and couch to 5k again.
I learned that someone who you married and loved can hurt you really bad if you tell people of their abuse.
About to lose my home but now looking at it as a positive, then you have nothing else to take from me.
Running will clear them demons and I may have nothing but I can hold my head up as I’m not the person that destroys people’s lives.
Life is what it is ... although someone can only break you once
