Absolutely Amazed week 6 run 3

Well after a few weeks I actually ran for 25 minutes! I find it so hard to believe that I actually did it, but then I'm amazed I got past week 1. I found the first 5/10 minutes really hard but I was watching the Olympic marathon along side Laura and that certainly spurred me on. Hope I can manage week 7 without the marathon runners to spur me on. Wish me luck for week 7 feeling nervous that I have to run for 25 minutes again, perhaps week 6 run 3 was a fluke!

That's fantastic. Really well done. It's no fluke!

You've built up to this, your body is fully prepared and, now you know you can do it, week seven holds no nasty surprises. I always find the first 10 minutes harder than the rest too!
