Hi all
Iv'e done all my runs in Week 8. All around the local park this time. I managed to do about 1 and a quarter lap of the parkrun course (which is two laps) in the 28 mins each time.I am feeling a bit tired today with achy front of thighs and a bit of a knee twinge but im going to have a hot bath now which should help. Looking forward to Week 9. Blood sugar readings have been good about 6-8 so its all good.
