Hi All, Been on manoeuvres, top secret and having briefings, I thought it was from the SOE (Special Operations Executive) turns out they were from the SOFB (silly old fools brigade). Same advice take it slow, follow instructions from Healthunlocked. This website is famous.

Week 5 run 1, all good no aches or pains. Run 2, found that hard, some aches in thighs. Had two rest days and done Run 2 again, much better, felt good running. Yippee, done Run 3. No way I could have ran for 20 minutes when I started this, feeling brilliant. Sale of running gear in Lidl's, went for a look, bloody hell spent more on running gear than on food. Photo is the end of my run at Aonach Mor.

So, not only will you look natty, with less food, you'll get weight loss into the bargain. Result! Congrats on run 3. It's a massive thing to achieve isn't it when we started on 60 seconds a few weeks ago. Aponach Mor looks idyllic by the way :)

'spent more on running gear than on food" - you say that like it is a bad thing! LOL :) Seriously - congratulations and 'Onwards and Upwards' :) Beautiful place you run in there - makes me wish I was your side of the ocean :)

Well done on W5R3! It's such a big one and you've done it! No stopping you now. What a beautiful place to run too :)

Well done WillieMac - that 20 minute run is a real turning point in the programme.

Just be slightly wary of week 6 - it catches plenty of people by surprise. Remember to keep it slow, Private - or have you been promoted yet?

Can't underestimate that - I was shocked by my first run week 6 after the elation of W5 R3 - Ullyrunner is as usual spot on :-) BUT we all get through it so don't be daunted :-)
