Yeeha! It was bit rainy...at one point had to put on my new OR rain jacket (get me and my running gear!), I lost Laura for about a minute....but kept on running, until she caught me up (ahem!), and they'd been moving some cattle on one of the lanes I run, so I had a few more obstacles to negotiate than usual, if you see where I'm coming from!
All that aside the penultimate run is done! First 15 hard, gremlins, about stopping and walking, just got to push through them, second 15 mins, felt good, even speeded up a bit for last 5 mins. 'Tis all good. Nearly there! As CRH would say a-maz-ing!

Well done for avoiding the 'deposits' . I run through fields with cows and paths popular with dog walkers so i know that it can be a major pain changing stride to tip-toe through the t**ds π³
Well done! So nearly there! And love the thought of you dodging the cow pats!!!
Fab-u-lous!! Well you certainly bagged that in style!! I thought you were going to say you had speed-skated on the cow-pats on the way, but you tippy-toed right through (no mean feat!).
One more step along the road we goπ§π§. Can you believe it? Rest day tomorrow - then it's the big one! No pressure just one more to go..................
See you thereππ π don't forget the posh jacket π
