Week 7, done and dusted. Starting to really enjoy this running, I have a healthy soreness if you know what I mean, never thought I would say that. Have found out how I got hooked, Overheard Captain Mainwaring and that pompous Sergeant Arthur Wilson talking, said the only way they could get me to run was, if they hypnotised me. I've been Hypnotised.

Hypnotism sounds good - means you can achieve anything you want 🙃 Well done on getting another week under your belt - getting close now 😀😀

A lot of people say week 5 is a turning point, which of course it is, but I do think week seven is really when you start believing in yourself and dare I say it, start enjoying it. Good work Dad's Army, I salute you :)

Don't tell 'em Pike ! Ha ha :-D

Well done to you , you are doing brilliantly !

Someone once said that the only way they could get me to run is if they ran in front of me dangling 20 fags on a stick !- The cheek of it ! :-) xxx
