Finally got a decent picture post Week 9 run 3. Picture of me receiving my "NISA" Magnum (Ice cream not champagne - Note) from the "NISA" Lady from the "NISA" shop.

Not quite Chris Froome getting snogged on Podium on tour of France but feeling just as good !!

Shook the magnum. They're not as big as they used to be . Think they put more fresh air in the bag these days. Enjoyed it though ! The advice on C25k also helped . Thanks for support.
